AI4E (Hands on - regression): Using ML Studio - Evaluate model

Course slide connects split dataset1 to train model and dataset2 to score model, and connects evaluate model left point to score model.

Help manual has this:

"Use testing data
A common scenario in machine learning is to separate your original data set into training and testing datasets, using the Split module, or the Partition and Sample module.

Connect the Scored dataset output of the Score Model to the input of Evaluate Model.
Connect the output of the Split Data module that contains the testing data to the right-hand input of Evaluate Model.
Click Evaluate Model module, and select Run selected to generate the evaluation scores."

What is the difference between the course slide connections vs what's written in the manual? Thank you.

Following the manual instructions causes the current version of the Azure workspace to run into an error.

In the first picture, you can see that following the instructions "Connect the output of the Split Data module that contains the testing data to the right-hand input of Evaluate Model." causes the "Score Model" module to raise a 'no data input' alert.

In the second picture, you can see that attempting to connect the module and running the program causes it to fail at the "Evaluate Model" stage.
